Consultation Survey - Should Frome Give Legal Rights To Nature?

River Frome and Rodden Meadow By-law Consultation

[caption id="attachment_11040" align="aligncenter" width="712"] The River Frome[/caption] Frome Town Council is proposing a new by-law to protect the town’s ecosystems in Rodden Meadow and the River Frome. The by-law will protect these ecosystems for the benefit of present and future generations - and empower the residents of Frome to do the same. We are conducting a survey to gather your views. Please respond by the end of April at the latest. A copy of the proposed by-law can be found here. Any questions please contact Chris Stringer (StringerC@frometowncouncil.gov.uk).
