Chris Johnstone is a resilience specialist at CollegeOfWellbeing.com With a background in medicine, mental health and psychology, his writing and training work over more than three decades has focussed on change-making skills that help us improve our lives and make a difference in the world. His books include Active Hope (co-authored with Joanna Macy) and Seven Ways to Build Resilience. He lives in the north of Scotland, where he runs online courses in skills supporting resilience, sustainable wellbeing and positive change.
