You’ve worked hard for your money so if you see something that you like but then change your mind, please feel reassured that we will return hassle-free.

To make a return, simply email us at shop@ecohustler.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to send back, and we’ll send over the returns instructions.

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. Your return should include a written or printed order reference so that we can find it. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at our address and so we recommend using a trackable delivery service. Please note that unless the item is faulty, the outwards and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at shop@ecohustler.com and we’ll do our best to make it up to you.

We have a secure checkout managed by global payment gateway Stripe. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and you can always contact us on shop@ecohustler.com. This email confirmation will also act as your receipt.

We ship using Royal Mail’s signed for service and we offer a variety of shipping speeds and rates. You will receive your proof of postage number in an email once the order is dispatched.

Order before 9am GMT Monday to Friday and we’ll endeavour to post your goods on the same day, or the next working day. Please note that Royal Mail don’t make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays and that dispatch and delivery may take a little longer during busier periods such as Christmas.

We continue to be fully operational and orders are being dispatched safely and without disruption.

We take our environmental impact very seriously and we use recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.

Whenever we can (which is often) we reuse packaging materials - cardboard etc - so please don’t be offended if the outer packaging looks a bit preloved. Your goods will come carefully packed inside.
