• E.ON made £3.6 Billion in the past five years
• British Gas made £1.6 Billion in the past five years
• EDF made £1.6 Billion in the past five years
• Scottish Power made £1.4 Billion in the past five years
• Npower made £1.3 Billion in the past five years

This is equivalent to 8.9 million average UK household energy bills!

According to the Domestic Energy Price report: “​​Household energy bills increased by 54% in April 2022, a record increase, and are likely to rise substantially again in October.” This adds to the ever-increasing issue of rising costs of living. In addition, the 2021 Family spending in the UK report by ONS also showed that 18% of the UK household weekly expenditure goes to housing, fuel and power, which is the highest expense all households face.

The solution to crippling #energy prices is staring us right in the face. 🌞 We just need some politicians with integrity to get us there.
